At best TV, we are committed to providing high-quality IPTV services to our customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to request a refund of your purchase. In such cases, we offer a refund policy of 7 days from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund by contacting our support team at support@melhortv.eu within 7 days after your purchase. We will ask you to provide us with your account information and the reason for your refund request.

Please note that refunds will only be processed for a customer’s first purchase. If you have already requested a refund, you are not entitled to a further refund request.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the refund request is made outside the 7-day period. If you have used our Services extensively during the period of 7 days, we can also set the refund amount proportionally based on the scope of use.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and the refunded amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the original purchase.
